To secure a tight seal, screw in an 8mm nut that controls water flow into and out of the Vaillant heating boiler. Label the nut on blue tape for easy identification. Print this label at 230 degrees Fahrenheit using a slow speed setting (30) while preheating to around 60 degrees. Updated August 7th, 2019 with added washers that reinforce the side surfaces of the 8mm nut. Use files ending in "rd" for optimal results.
