Knob for 7/16 Nut
thingiverse
I used Cura's pause-at-layer function to halt the print mid-stream and seamlessly add a nut to the part before resuming printing as if nothing had ever interrupted the process. To rectify any imperfections in the bridge layer covering the nut, you'll need to perform some minor cleanup work. This can be accomplished by carefully running a knife around the hole or, alternatively, threading a bolt from the opposite side of the part to expertly break through the fragile barrier. The knob itself measures 2.00 inches at its widest point and narrows down to 1.25 inches before tapering off into a total height of 0.75 inches.
