This knob features a locking "spring" to secure it on the shaft and can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:97802. Although not thoroughly tested, it functions well for my specific application. I am currently preparing to print multiple versions. My printing settings include 0.15mm layers, normal speed, Jet brand ABS, and a low temperature (Afinia with dual temperature switch).
