Knightmare Frame: Type-02 Guren Mk.2

An articulated model of the Guren Mk.2 mech from the anime Code Geass. As with the Lancelot (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:961147) model I made some parts need to be printed twice due to the symmetry of the model (Landspinner, Thighs, Foot), pivoting parts like the fingers on each hand, the wheels and the elbow of the right arm use 22 gauge wire so they can pivot. Some of the details were edited for the inclusion of ball and socket joints, and for ease of print and the parts were assembled with superglue. I ended up putting a lot of craft foam for padding in the connection between the shoulder and right arm so the model could actually hold poses, other joint also have thin foam stripes inside the socket to stiffen them. Everything was modeled on 123D Design and Printed with 10% fill on a Printrbot Play.
