knife sharpener cults3d

knife sharpener

cults3d luklon 6205214 Free

I designed a cheaper version of the knife sharpener from the leftovers from garage and prints from the 3D printers... it works, the knives sharpen very well... ZIP contains STL for 3D printing, drawings with material list...

I had the middle part made on a CNC milling machine (silver "cube"), but it will certainly not be a problem to use a printed part as well. I had screws, guide rods and a threaded rod (left and right) made on a lathe (this rod guarantees precise adjustment of the blade angle from both sides of the knife). For some plastic parts, it is necessary to cut the thread - everything is included in the enclosed documentation, including a list of necessary items. I ordered the grinding stones that can be seen in the photos from China.
