Knife sharpener
thingiverse
I really loved all the sharpening jigs out there. I had just one major issue - they weren't designed for a standard 50X150 MM sharpening stone. So here's what I did. I made this one with bearings and smooth steel rods, to keep it as rigid and precise as possible. The planner board is angled at 17 degrees. Settings: Layer height: .02 Layer width: .05 2 outlines Infill: 35% grid BOM (Bill of Materials): 1 x LM8UU 2 X 608RS bearings 2 X 20X3 mm screws 1 X 25x3 mm screw 3 X 3 mm nuts 3 X 20X3 mm round magnets 3 X 175X8 mm smooth rods (length doesn't matter, just make sure the upper rod is long enough) 1 X 500X8 mm smooth rod And of course, a 50X150MM standard grinding stone.
