This rendition has undergone changes and is now split into two distinct parts, eliminating the need for support material during printing. The "key holder 1A" and "key holder 1B" components are glued together and secured to "key holder 2" via three round spacers. These spacers (http://www.hstronic-gmbh.de/Abstandsrollen-Messing-vernickelt-Innendurchmesser-26-mm-fuer-Gewinde-M25) were modified by cutting a M3 thread inside. There are two versions of the key organizer available: one designed for up to nine keys and another accommodating up to five keys. For version one, you will need: - 3x round spacers with a length of 12mm - 1x locking disc_9 keys.stl - 1x key holder_1A.stl - 1x key holder_1B.stl - 1 x key holder_2.stl - 1x keychain.stl - spacer.stl to prevent rattling when fewer than nine keys are installed (for example, two spacers for seven keys) - 6x M3x6 countersink screws (DIN 965) - 1x M3 washer For version two, you will need: - 3x round spacers with a length of 7mm - 1x locking disc_5 keys.stl - 1x key holder_1A.stl - 1x key holder_1B.stl - 1 x key holder_2.stl - 1x keychain.stl - spacer.stl to prevent rattling when fewer than five keys are installed (for example, two spacers for three keys) - 6x M3x6 countersink screws (DIN 965) - 1x M3 washer If you wish to attach a Laguiole or Thiers blade to your Knife shaped Key Organizer, please refer to https://www.youmagine.com/designs/key-organizer-with-thiers-blade.
