Printing on an i3 using supports is a real challenge, but if you take a closer look at the instructions, it becomes more manageable. The resulting tool can be used as it is to open mail or for something like cutting paper; either way, it's worth a shot. Using a 60mm brim with two layers and an infill of 40-50% seems to be key to printing this on your i3, assuming your slicer will let you. Adding five walls/shells if you're planning on sharpening the tool is recommended, or just print it with 20-25% infill for a simple letter opener. Print settings suggest slowing down, or the thing may fall apart, even with extra brim and a 60mm support. The real trick here seems to be in the slow and steady approach you should take when printing this.
