Knife Holder, Steak - Spinning Tire

*Model currently is test printing.  Updated photos and likely model updates to come (based on past designs not being perfect out the gate).  Publishing now as I don't know if I will have time to make adjustments to design before deadline.Countertop steak knife holder for 6 pieces with a tire rim combo that spins about the base.  The knife size is based on Chicago Cutlery 6 piece steak knife set.  Block Cleaning:  Design has drain holes at each knife slot for water rinse out cleaning.  Rim holes are radiused at the bottom to allow for easy-ish wiping out of kitchen debris. Consider printing out of PTEG for dishwasher safe cleaning. Assembly:  There is a lock hole provided for locking print-in axle to allow locking during assembly of screw on components.   Assembly of main spin mount is printed in place, with base and decorative tire are screw via printed in threads.   Ability to swap out logo.Printing notes: First thought is to print tire with letter facing up, but this may require support, an alternative is to rotate orientation 180 degrees with letter faced to print bed and non-support printing will be possible.  Letters of tire are debossed as opposed to embossed as actual tires are as I find smaller font letters print better for me debossed.   This also allows the model more options for print orientation.  Threads are set based on Fusion 360 defaults with 0.1mm off set in each direction, so 0.2mm total offset.  This may need to be adjusted based on printer. Material: Test printing via PLA, but consider PETG for dishwasher safe applications or ASA for those kitchen counters with high solar load.
