It has already happened to all of us to have the handle of a knife we like broken. As I was once again confronted with this problem, I decided to design an ergonomic handle that could be adapted to many knives (and even for pie-shavers as you can see on the pictures). You will have the choice between two handle sizes, one adapted to small blades and one adapted to large blades.
