Knife float
thingiverse
This is my first project. The handle made on the printer was designed in the shape of a Fiskars knife. The blade took form as I went along; a blank was created just like the photo (I didn't take precise measurements because everything got adjusted during work) after the blade was shaped, it was blackened and attached with epoxy glue. The handle was printed multiple times. The best outcome for my blade is 10% infill and 2 walls. I made this knife for fishing in a boat since the knife has positive buoyancy, which makes sense.
