I'm thinking of getting a knife that's similar to the classic Victorinox. The one I have in mind is a high-carbon stainless steel blade with a ergonomic handle that fits perfectly in my hand. It's got all the bells and whistles, from a sharp edge to a durable construction that can withstand heavy use. I'm not sure if it's the best option for me yet, but I'm definitely considering it.
