Knife Edge Protector

I have two kitchen knifes I want to store in the drawer but their edges would be damaged by the other utensils in there. I found this model but it's way too thick and massive for my knifes so I decided to create my own.One of the knifes I want to protect you can see in the picture.I suggest you download the sample file, print it, and test if it fits your knife. This model should be easily scalable length wise but the corner cutouts will stretch a bit, shouldn't have any negative effect though. But if you need longer/shorter or thicker versions, just leave a comment and I'll try to upload a modified version.DimensionsKnifeSpine thickness: 1.7mmKnife bezel: 20mm, a very smooth and continuous transition from the edge to the spineModelOpening width: 0.3mm, this part clamps to the knifeOuter height: 30mmInner height: 28.6mmWall thickness: 1.26mm, the walls are designed to fit three lines with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height (according to the PrusaSlicer recommendation)PrintingMaterial: I used Extrudr PETG for a bit a flexibility, not sure if PLA would work.Nozzle: 0.4mmLayer Height: 0.2mm, I used the structural profile from PrusaSlicer for my Prusa MK4Infill: 100%Perimeters: 2Brim: 5mmOrientation: Print with the spine facing the print bed.
