Triangular connector made with Knex components is retooled for 3D printing, adjusted for precision using Slic3R software and a 0.27mm layer height paired with a 0.35mm nozzle setting. First, print the top piece, then move on to the bottom component, afterwards bond or fuse the two parts together. Performance has been evaluated using ABS material in prior tests.
