It's knee pillows mount of Ninebot Mini Pro, which shifts pillows by 4 cm further to the front. The original mount bracket is used. You have to remount the bracket upside down, turn pillows back to front and screw it to the mount provided. New pillows position is the same as stock one in overall height and width, but 4 cm shifted to front. This new position could help to avoid situations when pillows accidentally can appear behind knees if you ride bot with non-straight legs. Additional needed: 6x screws M3 16mm with nuts, 2x screws M4 50mm with nuts.
