The overall project is to design a robot roughly 75cm tall. To start, I identified two types of movement for all joints (except eyes and hands). This phase focuses on joints like elbows and knees. Elongated rectangular components will serve as framework and parts to add the visual appearance of the robot. The frame also helps guide wires so they are visible as little as possible. Printed components: - 1x Knee-A: Supports one gear and a servo motor - 1x Knee-B: Gear for transmitting maximum force from the servo motor - 2x Knee-C-2X: Supports bearings to reduce energy loss through friction - 1x Knee-D1 and 1x Knee-D2: Non-identical parts to create the gear receiving rotation - 2x Knee-E: Two-piece axle between bearings and wheel reception - 1x Knee-F: Adjustable bone for changing as needed Non-printed components: - 1x SG90 servo motor - 2x Bearing 8x12x3.5 - 8x M2.5 8mm screws - 6x M2.5 nuts Steps: 1 - Cut a small white piece from the servo motor's supply to insert into the "Knee-B" part 2 - Slide the "Knee-B" component into the slot of the "Knee-A" component for assembly with the servo motor 3 - Insert the servomotor into the recess of the "Knee-A" part and assemble it with the small white piece 4 - (Optional) Align the gear "Knee-B" with the servo motor 5 - Screw the servo motor to the "Knee-A" component. Using nuts is optional based on your preference 6 - Place the "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" components facing each other 7 - Insert the 4 nuts into the slots of "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" 8 - Screw "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" to the piece "Knee-F" 9 - Place bearings and nuts in the "Knee-C-2X" components 10 - Insert the round ends of the "Genou-E-2X" components into the 2 bearings 11 - Insert the rectangular ends of the "Knee-E-2X" components into "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" 12 - Align the "Knee-C-2X" components on the open side of the "Knee-A" component
