<p>I created those plugs to reduce the amount of heat loss during cold days while I'm not in the RV.</p><p>Hence the bright color, so I won't forget to take them out while I'm inside the Motorhome.</p><p>They fit snuggly into the openings.</p><p>I've printed them with PETG, but anything should work fine.</p><p>The cord is about 4.5mm in diameter, the knot is a sheet bend: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheet_bend</p>
