KMX TEE BRACKET MKII
thingiverse
This is a tee bar bracket design for the square boom of a KMX Kart which doesn't have a shark fin to accommodate a tee or maybe for someone who wants an additional tee mount to attach a Garmin or other. I printed it in ABS on a JGAurora A5 printer using 250C for the extruder, 90C for the bed and 100% fan speed. I utilized Cura to slice it with 70% infill and supports. The G-CODE files reflect these settings so it's just a matter of saving to an SD Card and printing from the printer or using a USB lead - simply load into Cura and print. The G-CODE files also include the top mount lying on its side with supports, as well as the bottom which is lying on its side without the need for supports. My brother initially struggled with printing ABS until I discovered the ABS Juice method for sticking prints to the bed - a combination of 50ml acetone and approximately 5g of ABS or an equivalent amount of ABS misprints (don't forget to recycle).
