KMS VerticalRacer 4

The KMS Vertical Racer 4 is a vertical racing frame designed for 4-inch props. It's heavily inspired by the Infinitum 4 and the Singularity from BlitzFPV. Basically, it's an Infinitum 4 with the center body moved 5mm off-center to the front, similar to what the Singularitum does. The Frame is compatible with the 3D printed parts from the Infinitum 4. Key features: * 4-inch Prop Size * Vertical Box Style Frame * 20x20 M2 Stack Size * 12x12 M2 Motor Mount Required Hardware: - 4 x 30mm standoffs - 8 x M3x6 button head screws - 16 x M2x12 socket head screw (used for the motors) Required Carbon Parts: **These parts should not be 3D printed; they need to be cut from 1.5mm and 2mm CFK** The CFK parts contain a lot of slots that need to match the CFK thickness of the 2mm CFK parts. The fitting needs to be tight, so they are designed with zero tolerance. Depending on the CFK, you can get anything from 1.9mm to 2.1mm when ordering 2mm CFK. Therefore, two additional zip files contain files adapted to match 1.9mm and 2.1mm. I strongly recommend doing a few test cuttings with the motor mounts and bottom plate to ensure a tight fit. All dog bone style corners are designed to fit a 1.3mm cutter (I'm cutting with a 1.2mm cutter). ### 1.5mm CFK: * 1 x Bottom Plate * 4 x Motor Mount-Back * 4 x Motor Mount-Front * 1 x Top Plate ### 2.0mm CFK: * 2 x Arm-Back * 2 x Arm-Front * 2 x Brace-Font-Back * 2 x Brace-Side.dxf Required 3D Printed Parts: I use the cam mount from the Infinitum 4, so there is no mount provided by me. Optional parts are: * The turtle fin, it's attached with zip ties * The VTX antenna mount, there is one for a linear antenna and one for a micro AXII * The motor mount reinforcements; this should be printed in something stiff like ABS or PETG; they're not mandatory but highly recommended to give the inner motor screws some backpressure, without those, the CFK is easily deformed on the inside of the motor mount. I use this cam mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3342746 If this is your first vertical frame, have a look at my build instructions: https://youtu.be/j2TxkOUZpQ0
