Klymit flat valve adapter
thingiverse
This is an adapter to inflate a Klymit flat valve inflatable mattress or pillow without building up humidity from one's breath inside said inflatable. There are two parts: the actual piece and a test part. The test part is just the upper half that connects to the flat valve. I recommend printing this first to see how well it fits, then determine if it needs scaling up or down by one or two percent. If it's marginally loose, consider using a couple of wraps of Teflon tape to protect the valve seal from abrasion caused by the rough part. I discovered that the deflator valve is slightly different in size than the inflator valve. Whether this was intentional or just a tolerance issue, the part can be scaled as desired. However, remember to test it on the actual valve intended for use. Do not assume the other valve is the same. Also, keep in mind to close the deflate valve when attempting to inflate the mattress. I simply pushed the part through a hole poked into the corner of a plastic produce bag and held it in place with a rubber band. The part can also be redesigned to work with commercially available pump sacks, but I lack access to these for modeling purposes. I did not make any effort to design the adapter for use with electrical pumps/inflators since this is intended for relatively lightweight camping. Feel free to modify the part as you see fit; it was created using Fusion 360: https://a360.co/2IXkxV5
