KLX250 s 06' and 07' REAR RACK REMOVER (Brackets for new turn signals)
thingiverse
I've attached one of many brackets I've made for this bike as part of the upgrade to lighter components. The bracket installation area where the old rack was is being replaced, and I'm swapping out the bulky stock Kawasaki turn signals (which rust and bend easily) for something new. These mounts fit directly into existing holes and have a dedicated hole for the fresh turn signals. A 10mm diameter washer and bolt should keep everything in place, flush and secure. Remember to print it with raft and support options enabled for best results. I've produced five of these brackets, and they're among the most robust components on my bike, far more durable than that pesky old rack at least. The bracket's design makes it compatible with all other bikes! If you have any suggestions or ideas you'd like me to consider for future improvements, don't hesitate to let me know – I'm always open to new insights. Instructions: • I 3D printed it using the "all support modes on" option. Other ETC.
