KLX 110 Sprocket Guard / Case Saver
thingiverse
This replaces the stock front sprocket cover, which is a bulky design in my opinion. I created this part specifically for my 2010 Kawasaki KLX 110L, but I believe it should fit all KLX and DRZ 110 models perfectly. The original stock cover had three bolts to attach it, but this custom one only requires two bolts. Print Settings: Printer: Q3D OneUp Rafts: None Supports: None Infill: 60% Rectilinear Notes: I printed the outer face of the part facing downward. Post-Printing: Drill out holes to 0.25", Sand, Polish To make the holes clean for the bolts, I used a 0.250" drill bit. I thoroughly cleaned mine up with files, sandpaper, and aluminum polish. After finishing the job, it looked great mounted on the front sprocket of my bike.
