KLR Xenon light upgrate

This mounting allows you to fit 2.5" rear projector lights. I fitted mine with H1 LEDs that work a treat. You need to take the adjuster mounts off the reflector when you open the headlight up (google how to open and close a car light, I did mine in the oven). Attached the adjuster mounts to your newly printed plate. The bottom one will sit at the front of the plate and I used some nuts to space it even a bit more, it allows the the lights to sit a bit further back and not touch the light lens. The top bracket mounts behind and I spaced that with one nut too. I used 4mm allen caps to mount. If you use LED's ensure that there is enough space behind the lights to fit them. Mine did touch on first fitment, so I rerouted one of the connectors behind the light. I printed in ABS at 35% infill. This will probably fit the KLE too
