KLR Gen 1 fender cap

I modeled up this fender cap so I could cut down my fender to help mitigate wobbling at higher speeds on Gen 1 KLR's. The model isn't great, it was one of my earlier ones, but the weird geometry doesn't look bad when printed. To measure your fender cut, lay a tape measure along the top of your fender, measuring out 8 1/2" from the lower triple tree bracket. mark a perpendicular line across the two top ridges. Cut the fender downwards perpendicular to the TOP curve of the fender. I just used a box cutter with an extra thick blade. After cutting it, hold the fender cap up to the edge to see where the fender needs to be trimmed to get a good fit. To hold it in place, I just used a few screws through the fender and into the cap. I piloted my screw holes to reduce stresses on the printed part.
