Updated 2017feb07: v1.0.1 fixes some calcs that prevent increasing mount tab beefiness, plus beefs it up from 3mm to 4.3mm just in case (plastic is cheap!). V1.0.0 models are still there for comparison but suggest going for the big one. My original is still holding strong like in the picture above, but another person had theirs separate - although that might have been their print settings. Enable supports everywhere then scrape them out through the screwHeadHole. If using Simplify3D, set support resolution of 2mm and preview to ensure support is oriented at right angle to the screw slot. If it isn't, change Support Infill Angle value by 90 deg (default is 0).
