Klipsch ProMedia horizontal speaker stands
thingiverse
I had to scale back my desktop space, so I decided to nest these speakers under my monitors. The speaker enclosure's side profile curve drew me in, making it an ideal fit. All I needed to do was remove the original metal stands and lay them on their sides. Initially, I considered crafting custom stands by cutting a PVC water pipe, but that process would have taken too long to cut and sand matching curves to the speakers' exact shape. It made more sense to 3D print the stands instead. The speakers now sit at an upward angle of 15 degrees.
