Klingon Disruptor – Classic Star Trek

This is a project aimed at replicating the iconic Klingon Disruptor from the original Star Trek series. I specifically designed these files to be easily printed on my Prusa 3D printer with no supports required, except for the Scope Mount. As a result, the complex shapes featuring intricate fins are printed as individual fins and then carefully assembled together at the end, yielding a remarkably smooth final product. The file names clearly indicate the quantity of each part needed to be printed. To ensure precise alignment of all central barrel pieces, I utilized a 1/8" threaded rod. The textured silver mylar sheet that adorns the two panels is a screen-accurate replica and can be sourced from eBay by searching for "Klingon disruptor crispy foil".
