I have a Klim TK1200 modular helmet that's really nice and light, but Sena doesn't make 10U style microphone inserts for it, so I decided to design my own. You'll probably need to mess around with your print settings for a bit to get the right surface finish because the print is extremely thin - about 4 layers. To remove the print, I use a very thin knife when the build platform hits around 50C, which puts a slight bend in the microphone section and helps aim it at my mouth. You may need to heat and bend it to make some adjustments. I also added a cable retainer to keep cables organized. The insert installs into the cheek pad and is held in place by the rear stud (check out the pictures), after sliding under one of the cheek pad's plastic backing cutouts.
