Klickfix 8mm extender and clamp for 31.8mm handlebars

Extender for the Klickfix mount similar to the official 5mm but I needed a bit more to clear my CatEye Quick computer. The extender fits snug but with a bit of wiggle clearance. The clamp similarly fits with a bit of clearance, enough for easy mounting but snug enough to not let it split from the screw. Make sure your printer is properly calibrated and set the horizontal expansion modifier to counter the squish. My setup uses -0.2 mm horizontal expansion on both 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles. Infill should be high to get solid prints, at least 80%, wall count should be at least 3. Print orientation is straightforward, you have to use supports for the extender.
