Klenk Select-a-bit replacement selector cap
thingiverse
I've had a trusty Klenk Select-a-bit ratcheting screwdriver for years now, and it's been great, but unfortunately, it has a couple of issues that I'm eager to fix. Check out the type of tool I'm talking about here: https://klenk.everhard.com/product-categories/select-a-bit-products/. The plastic used in mine was prone to cracking when subjected to impact. Specifically, the end cap/selector seems to be made from ABS, and most of the detents broke off with ease even under light use. When the last one finally gives out, it will no longer hold onto driver bits securely. The selector cap is rounded, which makes it suitable for palm operation but means the tool can't be set down on its end without toppling over. This replacement cap aims to address those problems. I've printed it in PETG.
