The rod with which the hood is erected is latched into this clamp when the hood is closed. This clamp is inserted into the opening on the bonnet and then locked in position by turning a 3.5x13mm self-tapping screw. The screw expands the slotted "duck" and holds everything firmly in place. This clamp is suitable for rods with a diameter of 7mm. Update 26.01.2020: A version suitable for 6mm rods has been added.
