I started working on a small fork lift model. The scale is about 1:14 and fits with Tamiya and Bruder models. I still have to add the boom mast. I used a small geared motor with an output rotation speed of 200 U/min as the drive motor. As tires, I use rubber hoses. The axle is made from 3 mm welding wire. You will also need: 6 pieces of ball bearings 3x10x4 2 Servos (I had 2 HITEC HS 81 left) 1.5 mm wire for the rear wheel linkage about 50 mm long (you can also use a paperclip) 2 screws M3x45 with nuts 1 screw M3x16 with nut (steering) 2 screws M3x12 with nuts (front axle) 1 axle Ø3 mm 80 mm long. At the ends, with M3 threads. Of course, there is still a lot of potential for improvement. Until now, all parts can be printed without support except for the cover and the rear wheel. Update 01.01.19 - Added steering wheel - Instead of a boom mast angle, I added a locking adapter. It can replace a Servo. A slight adjustment is also possible. Update 05.01.2019 - Overhauled chassis. Added holes for the boom motor and holder for regulator/receiver. The front axle is now integrated. - Caged was added. Also an updated cover (chassis) - On/Off switch was added. It will be used as a driver figure steering wheel at the same time.
