Klein Bottle Pepper Mill

Klein Bottle Pepper Mill

This showcases the impressive CrushGrind 25 ceramic grinder mechanism. You'll notice it resembles a thermos with a handle more than a Klein bottle, and its two-color design is quite striking. I initially thought I had sufficient filament for both components, but that wasn't the case - obviously. The primary intention behind sharing this example is to demonstrate the functionality of item #3090525. If you're interested in printing one of these: Begin by printing the top section without supports. For the bottom part, only print it with support touching the build plate and at a 45-degree angle for the rim where the mechanism seats. Assembly requires carefully aligning the parts before pressing them into place. The tolerances are intentionally tight to prevent any slippage, so you may need to adjust for your printer's specific needs. Choose a food-safe filament with good judgment. The design is available on Onshape at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4487c204ce73b189b984f887/w/13b5355c94616d2c05a6f16d/e/5f65ae8d6b5f238627822e62. Keep in mind that for optimal results, a 4D printer is necessary.
