something ive been working on for the past 6 months! it's a midi instrument coded on an arduino leonardo, it has an omnichord / stradella bass like algorithm that's capable of figuring out the craziest jazz chords for you to experiment and it's designed to have a similar "workflow" and logic to a guitar - you use your left hand on the neck to set up what notes the strings play. the disk was partially inspired by this thing i saw called the timeFrog which was just the coolest thing to me that no one else had done before! i use an infrared sensor instead of an acceleration sensor but its a similar concept. hope someone out there likes it! i'm not sure if i can share the code because i still need to add some tweaks n my lecturer wants me to figure out a way to manufacture it - im not sure if i can make it open source just yet, not sure how any of it works at all really,,,, the stl attached is the new body i've been modeling with adjustments for the next prototype i'm planning to make. been so busy! heres the pitch video, its shorter and more fun than the demo:
