This device can serve as a substitute for the worn-out bag cutter on a litter locker, as shown in the accompanying photo of the white and blue litter locker. The litter locker is specifically designed to hold soiled scoopable cat litter and enclose it within a sealed bag for disposal purposes. Over time, the original cutter becomes dull and ceases to cut effectively. This device enables you to swap out the old cutter and install a fresh razor blade to efficiently cut through the bags.
