Two halves of the Sandai/Nidai/Shodai Kitetsu replica from the One Piece anime series are printed twice, then carefully assembled using a strong adhesive such as plastic weld or superglue. Once joined, the parts can be primed and painted to achieve a desired color scheme. A Dremel tool is used to create a central opening for the sword's blade assembly, allowing users to customize their replica as they see fit.
