Kite SAIO Bracket with PSP Joystick

<p>Remix of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3145078">MrHDR 640x480 psp bracket</a> using mounting blocks for easier installation, positioning, and tighter fits.</p> <p>Because the bracket is removable you can wait to install the screen until the very last minute while doing all the drilling and cutting you need.</p> <p>Installation:</p> <ol> <li>Glue the top bar to the front shell snug against the top and right (I use Insta-Cure+)</li> <li>Wait for that to dry...</li> <li>Partially screw the two other body mounts into the bracket so that they stick out from the bottom of the bracket- we don't want to glue the bracket to the shell</li> <li>Apply glue to the center of the body mounts, but not so much that they ooze out the sides and glue the bracket</li> <li>Apply some pressure to the two screws with your fingers to ensure the mounts adhere well to the front shell</li> <li>Wait for the glue to dry...</li> <li>Remove the screws, then the bracket- if it got somewhat glued some careful prying/pulling should do the trick (if you haven't used too much glue)</li> </ol> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 3</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>Doesn't Matter</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>Yes</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.1</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>50</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> Hatchbox PLA White</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>The bracket will print fine at 0.2 layer height, but I have found the best results at 0.1 layer height.
