Kite Endcap for Rhombus Box Kite

I've designed this end cap in order to repair my kids' Rhombus box kite. The thread came loose and we lost the original one. It's too good to through away, so I've made this cap. It needs to be sewn into the fabric as can be seen with one of the originals (see photos) The diameter of the rods is 3.25mm. Printing: I've printed this using PrimaCreator Value Flex UV Resin, so that it won't break when the kite might crash. I think any brand will do though. Maybe this thing could also be used to create a whole new kite. If you do design one using it, please let me know in the comments1
