Printing Settings: The kite bar was printed with high-quality PLA material. Twenty-five percent infill provides the necessary structure for flight. Two-millimeter walls and top/bottom layers ensure stability. A nozzle size of 0.5 millimeters allows for precise control over the printing process. Layer height is set at 0.3 millimeters, guaranteeing a smooth finish. Support Settings: For kite_bar5, no support material was used to minimize weight and maximize aerodynamics. In contrast, kite_bar3 requires support only from the surface, ensuring a secure attachment point for the bar's components.
