This is a remix from the excellent repro of OnShape https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2036688 I read the comment from Refrigiraider and decided to add three holes of 3.5mm. I screwed 3 M4X20 in it and it fits perfectly. I also add 0.2 hole horizontal expansion in Cura (very important for the shaft hole)
