Reginette shape pressure die for KitchenAid (5KSMPEXTA).These are ribbon noodles with wavy sides for good adhesion of the sauce.As the pasta pieces produced by this are pretty thick and voluminous. So, I added an additional V2 version, with a bit smaller and thinner results - use them just as you prefer your pasta ;-)Now, there is also a v2 b version with text on the form saying "Pasta Reginette"
