Kitchenaid Kit à saucisses
thingiverse
Here is a kit to make sausages with the Kitchenaid robot equipped with a 5FGA chopper (see photo). I created this kit after testing other kits that did not fully satisfy me. I adapted the shape of the base tubes to match the chopper as best as possible. The brake has two spikes like the original grills, preventing it from turning. To use this kit, you must obviously remove the grill and knife. I admit not having tested chopping and embossing sausages. I saw that some people did it, but I see no way for the mixture to be homogeneous with such a solution... If you want to try the experience, it will not be necessary to use the brake. Please share your experience if you use this solution for sausages or for any other thing. There is a 9 mm inner diameter tube (for lamb casings) and one of 19 mm (for pork casings). I tested the 19 mm with pork casings and it works perfectly. The brake is not necessarily necessary according to your preparation, it's up to you to judge in each case. I have not yet tested the 9 mm and I do not know if it is not a bit small... If so, please let me know and I will modify it accordingly or create an intermediate version. Do not hesitate to give me feedback and share your remarks to improve the model if necessary.
