I was thoroughly unimpressed with the kitchenaid mixer grain mill attachment, as it demanded constant attention and replenishment of the hopper when milling my beer grains. This hopper sits atop the mill perfectly, increasing its capacity from less than 1lb to over 5lbs. Now, instead of frequently refilling, I can simply fill this hopper a few times and devote myself to other activities!
