Mazza Burr Upgrade Kit for Kitchenaid Coffee Grinder. 3D Printed Parts: * 1-Off Drill Template * 1-Off KA-Mazza Adapter * 1-Off Spacer Hardware: * 2-Off Mazza Mini Burrs (58x33.5x8.5mm) * 6-Off M4 x 8 Pan-Head Screws * 4-Off M4 x 15 Pan-Head Screws * 6-Off M4 Spring Washers Tools: * 1-Off Electric Hand Drill * 1-Off 3.3mm HSS Drill Bit * 1-Off M4 Tap Instructions: 1. Print the specified parts. 2. Remove existing burrs from grinding chamber and auger, retaining screws and washers. 3. Clean grinding chamber internals. 4. Use M4 tap to thread KA-Mazza Adapter's outer holes. 5. Attach KA-Mazza Adapter to grinder using retained M4 screws and washers (referring to fig 1). 6. Secure Mazza burr to KA-Mazza Adapter with 3-off M4 x 8 pan-head screws, ensuring concentricity before tightening. 7. Attach drill template to auger with M4 x 15 pan-head screws (referring to fig 2). 8. Separate auger from dial mechanism. 9. Drill three holes through auger using 3.3mm dia. HSS drill bit (via drill template's outer holes). 10. Remove drill template. 11. Thread new holes with M4 tap. 12. Secure Mazza burr to auger using 3-off M4 x 8 pan-head screws, ensuring concentricity before tightening. 13. Reassemble auger and dial mechanism (referring to fig 3). 14. Place spacer over dial mechanism, split section facing downwards. 15. Turn dial fully anti-clockwise, then reassemble, ensuring auger shaft engagement and correct spacer placement before tightening thumb screws.
