Kitchenaid made a critical design error when they upgraded the blender's blade, but inexplicably left an inaccessible nut-bolt pair underneath it. Those screws can loosen over time and become extremely challenging to retighten due to the fixed blade on top of them. I specifically created these tools for tightening loose bolts in such situations.
