Replacement parts for KitchenAid blender aren't readily available, so I designed and 3D printed my own gear using Fusion360 software instead of shelling out $50 for a new blender pitcher. The homemade part works surprisingly well without any glue - it just fits snugly in place. It's not perfect yet, though, and needs some additional work and sanding to achieve a seamless fit.
