Kitchen towel rack
thingiverse
A super straightforward rack for holding kitchen towel rolls on the wall that actually works, and might even be used to hang stuff. The basic concept was to keep things extremely easy when swapping the rolls: simply pull out the axis with one hand and swap it out - no fiddly hidden mechanisms or complicated parts needed. Unfortunately, my printer couldn't print the axis because it's too tiny, so I ended up making it out of wood and securing some screws from the side using hot glue. For those with large enough printers, I've included a 27cm axis that accommodates two M3 screws inserted from the side. Mounting is very simple - just use four screws: two concealed ones to secure it firmly, and another two to lock everything in place.
