Kitchen Towel Holder

Kitchen Towel Holder

Very simple holder for a kitchen towel roll. To assemble simply screw them together using the threads and optionally glue the pieces in place.I simply mounted this to a cupboard using power strips (removable double sided tape).Yes, it is somewhat flimsy, but it has stood up to almost a year of use now, so it's probably “sturdy enough”.PrintingYou need one piece of each STL file for a “standard european kitchen roll”. It should be possible to either omit the mid-section piece or insert more than one to shorten or lengthen the holder, but I have not tried that. The threads are all the same, so technically this would work.Pieces should be printed upright, with the internal threads (holes) pointing up. Due to the awkward base area to height ratio I recommend printing a brim (5mm was fine for me) to stabilize the print.Depending on your printer/settings this may need supports. I got away without supports for the threads on a Prusa Mk3S+.Prints fine in PLA with standard 15% gyroid infill, but this can be increased for more stability or this may even be upgraded to PETG.
