Kitchen Towel Eiffel Tower
thingiverse
I decided to create a unique paper towel holder that deviates from the standard metal or wood designs found in most hardware stores and grocery markets. The idea sparked while watching a movie where a gigantic sandwich gets impaled on the Eiffel Tower - I'm sure you know which one I'm referencing here. When the roll is full, it's supposed to resemble the core of the tower concealing itself within the kitchen towels. This design accommodates kitchen towels with an inner tube diameter of at least 40mm, and I think it looks quite impressive. To build your own version, you'll need to print the following parts: *1x Kitchen_Towel_Eiffel_Tower_Base.stl* *1x Kitchen_Towel_Eiffel_Tower_Middle.stl* *1x Kitchen_Towel_Eiffel_Tower_Top.stl* *4x Kitchen_Towel_Eiffel_Tower_Feet.stl* Assemble the tower by gluing each part together with a few drops of super glue. Refer to Kitchen_Towel_Eiffel_Tower_Complete.stl for guidance on how the parts fit together. Your 3D printer should be capable of printing objects at least *186x186x198* mm in size to print this model successfully. If your printer has a build area larger than *200x250x200*, you can print all parts at once. This design is based on an original model created by Pranav Panchal, which I adapted for FDM printing and simplified for my purposes. All credit for the original modelling goes to Pranav Panchal. Enjoy printing!
