Manufacture 'T' slots for connecting bolts using the router jig on the underside of the workpiece. Secure the jig in place with screws. To achieve precise results, fit a 12 mm diameter bush to the router plate and insert a 6 mm diameter long router bit. A user recently used this setup to cut their son's worktop with excellent success.
